Marianne M. Marianne has negotiated, drafted, and counseled on a diverse range of legal areas that include among others, Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Agreements, distribution, licensing, purchase of goods and services, and stock-purchase agreements.
Her focus assisting companies and individuals find practical business solutions to legal issues stems from her years working in complex commercial disputes. She began her career as a commercial dispute attorney in Puerto Rico’s largest law firm, and later joined the renowned Miami-based international arbitration team at Astigarraga Davis, succeeded by Reed Smith. Marianne, a native Spanish speaker and fluent Portuguese speaker, has served clients in multiple industries including aviation, energy, oil & gas, telecommunications, food & ingredients, construction and hospitality. She is licensed in Florida and Puerto Rico, which affords her a valuable perspective and comprehensive understanding of both common law and civil law systems.
